Agreement Structure: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://briyosisindia.com/ and all related sales of major and minor home appliances, spare parts, installation, and extended warranty services operated by BRIYOSIS ECOMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to place orders or schedule technical services on this site.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your account. You accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

Inventory Allocations: Appliance inventory is updated regularly. In the rare event an item becomes out of stock after order placement, we will contact you immediately to offer a replacement, delayed delivery date, or full refund.
Freight Shipments: Major appliances (e.g., refrigerators, laundry units, wall ovens) are shipped via specialized freight partners requiring scheduled delivery appointments.
Delivery Inspection Requirement: You must thoroughly inspect all external packaging and appliances for cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, cracks) before signing the carrier’s Delivery Receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL).
Damage Reporting Window: Any visible freight damage must be clearly noted on the driver’s receipt. Cosmetic claims reported after signing a clean delivery receipt without written reservations may be denied.
Site Access & Fit Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that doorways, stairwells, and pathways accommodate the physical dimensions of the purchased appliance. If a delivery cannot be completed due to clearance issues, round-trip freight and restocking fees will apply.
Scope of Installation Services: Standard delivery does not include gas line connections, electrical rewiring, plumbing modifications, or cabinet alterations unless explicit installation service packages were added to your order.
Utility Readiness: Existing home connections (water shut-off valves, gas supply lines, dedicated electrical outlets) must comply with local building codes prior to technician arrival.
Technician Right of Refusal: Authorized installers reserve the right to decline service if existing household utilities present unsafe conditions or electrical/plumbing code violations.
Standard Manufacturer Warranty: New appliances carry the express written limited warranty provided by their respective original manufacturers (typically covering parts and labor for 1 year). We disclaim all other implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Extended Protection Plans: Optional extended service plans are administered by independent third-party warranty providers. Coverage details, deductibles, and claim procedures are governed by the specific policy documentation provided upon purchase
Exclusion of Consequential Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage due to refrigeration failure, water damage from plumbing lines, laundry interruption, or lost wages.
Cap on Liability: Our maximum aggregate financial liability for any product or service sold shall not exceed the total price paid by the customer for that specific item.
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute or legal claim arising from these Terms or appliance purchases shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by consumer protection laws.
